Why did you choose the GPP?

It was already clear to me during my studies that I wanted to work in an international company. As I wasn't sure about my career direction, I opted for the Greiner Trainee Program, which gave me an insight into different departments and divisions within Greiner.

Looking back, what was your highlight on the GPP?

My highlight during the traineeship was the internationality during the 1.5 years. I was able to spend two periods abroad (4 months in Switzerland and 2.5 months in Germany) and take part in two business trips to the USA and Poland.

Why did you choose the GPP?

After my studies, the trainee program was exactly the right choice to get my career off to a flying start. I have also always been very interested in IT systems and digitalization.

What do you like best about the GPP?

The GPP offers the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects and thus find your own strengths and interests. The program also allows you to get to know the different divisions of Greiner and work with a wide variety of colleagues and departments.

Why did you choose the GPP?

I was fascinated by the concept and the course of the trainee program. The different focal points of the stations and working on my own projects in different areas and divisions enabled me to find out what suited me best.

Looking back, what was your highlight on the GPP?

A special aspect for me was that I was seen by my colleagues as a fully-fledged team member who makes a valuable contribution to the team. I worked on current projects, made important contacts across divisions and gained knowledge and skills that will help me to be successful at Greiner in the future.

Who would you recommend the GPP to?

Anyone who is interested in the field of information security - whether they are newcomers straight out of school or university or those with existing experience. You can get a taste of different areas and discover your interests and strengths. The trainee program is a unique experience in which the individual interests and strengths of each person are taken into account.

Why did you choose the GPP?

For one thing, Greiner is widely known as an excellent employer that develops extremely valuable products for society and offers them on the market. Also, at the time, I was still unsure of the career direction I wanted to take. All I knew was that I was very interested in digitalization and IT. The program offered me the perfect opportunity to develop further in this area and expand my skills.

Looking back, what was your highlight on the GPP?

The first highlight was a station where I dealt intensively with augmented reality (AR) in the production area. The task was to develop a training course for new production employees using AR glasses. It was fascinating to explore the possibilities of AR technology and how it can optimize training processes.

The second project that stands out in my memory was the creation of an Information Security Power BI report, where I worked in the IT department. The challenge was to generate a clear report for the management from various sources in order to be able to continuously review and optimize key figures in the area of information security.

Who would you recommend the GPP to?

I can recommend the trainee program at Greiner to anyone who wants to develop their skills in IT and digitalization while gaining a broad understanding of the different areas of a successful company.

Why did you choose the GPP?

After several years on the user side in sales, I wanted to expand my know-how. The GPP offers me the opportunity to deepen my specialist knowledge with SAP and to develop further in this area.
